As Head of the Design Studio at Grindr, I lead the team responsible for driving marketing, branding, and communications across the organization. I oversee designers who support every area of the business—marketing campaigns, product launches, Grindr for Equality initiatives, investor relations, ad sales, and more—ensuring the brand is consistent, recognizable, and impactful.

My work spans from directing the design of investor presentations and quarterly board meeting materials to supporting high-profile product initiatives with cohesive go-to-market assets. I collaborate closely with leadership to translate complex strategies and financial narratives into clear, visually compelling presentations that resonate with investors and board members. At the same time, I partner with product and marketing teams to create design systems for new features, ensuring that product rollouts are introduced with strong storytelling and aligned with Grindr’s identity.

This dual focus on business-critical communications and community-driven campaigns has helped expand Grindr’s portfolio, strengthen brand recognition, and create a unified brand ecosystem. By refining core assets, building scalable design systems, and elevating visual storytelling, I’ve worked to position Grindr as both a cultural icon and a trusted, forward-looking public company.
